There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.
To return an item, the customer must write to us at email@example.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number +91-9910065696 which remains open 10 AM-6 PM IST on 6 DAYS (Monday to Saturday). We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.
Returns Policy Conditions
- If you wish to exchange the size for any item(s) you have purchased, you can return the item(s) via post to our online store address (given below) or can also exchange it by visiting any of our stores within 7 days from the date of receipt of your Product.
- Do also enclose the original tax invoice.
- Return postage costs & exchange postage costs will be at your expense. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Designer Sarees.
- Once we receive the item(s) returned, we shall initiate the exchange at our end. If an exchange is not possible, a redemption voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period. No Cash refunds will be made.
- In case that the item(s) is faulty or a different product (style code/size/ colour name only) from ordered, we shall either exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Wherever exchange is not possible: in case of a pre-paid order, the refund shall be made via the payment gateway, while in case of a COD order, a cash voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period. No cash refunds will be made. Please contact customer service to organize reverse pick-up in such a case.
- Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.
- No refund will be done for stitched products.
Please note that you will be responsible for all returning costs and charges and also for all risks for loss or damages of the Products. The return right - besides compliance with the terms and procedures described at paragraph above - shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

Kindly ensure that the following conditions are met, to enable us to process your exchange and serve you better
- You return the item(s) within 7 days (inclusive) from the date of receipt
- The item is in original saleable condition:
- The identification tag must still be attached to the Products with the disposable seal;
- The Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
- In an unworn, unopened and unused state
- Any sewn labels are still attached
- You include your original Designer Sarees tax invoice with the return
- No return or exchange on sale products or on promotional campaigns.
- A completed Returns Form accompanies your returned item(s)
- If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Designer Sarees reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
- Item(s) bought on sale will only be exchanged (not refunded) for size, except where the item is faulty or defective. If an exchange is not possible at our end, a redemption voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. The redemption voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period.
- All custom made and stitched orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
